(Almost) Every year since the 1950s the California Arguelles/Miccio/Aguilar Family (descendants of Angel and Concepción) gets together around Christmas time to play games, eat and sing songs. One tradition is to sing the 12 Days of Christmas, with different groups singing each day. The smallest of children are dressed as elves and help distribute the presents. A piñata is always present. Grandma Concepción handed out envelopes with money in it to each of the children and grandchildren.

Cousins Mike, Rebecca, Joe, Ruth, Lucy, Nick, Kathy, Tony, Michael John and JoAnn enjoyed a Christmas cruise on the Rhine River. During the ship's Christmas party, the family sang the 12 Days of Christmas with dozens of their fellow shipmates. Cousin Mike Aguilar explained to the boat the history of our Family Christmas Party.
